Sometimes, less is more. I’m a high school dropout but that never acted as a deterrent. I believe every human is born for a special purpose. Some figure it out in their 20’s, some in their 50’s and some never do.

Thankfully, I figured out mine a few years ago. Now that I know what I am meant to do, I want to learn more about typography, branding, UI/UX, graphic designing, illustration and every other facet of each of these elements. And, not just that. I want to know everything in this world that I possibly can.

I am 25 years old, 90’s born and played the real badminton and cricket while growing up. I experienced life as it is.

Inspiration is about perspectives and I find it all around me. One does not have to go too far. Really.

Here is how it all started

Tulsi Silks
(October 2009 – May 2011)
Joined here as a beginner, where I first started my Photoshop career. I was assigned to help seniors with website banners, header graphics, business cards, etc.

MediaMix
(May 2011 – January 2013)
As a magazine cum web designer, I was assigned to design the monthly magazines which helped me step into the world of typography. I learned to differentiate between fonts, their usability and mediums.

Murios Web Solutions
(January 2013 – April 2014)
I dabbled with fonts and their application; the change was remarkable and this further intrigued me to delve deeper into the world of typography.

ThemeForest
(November 2013 – November 2015)
Very few people get their designs selected at one go on ThemeForest and I happened to be one of them. Quite naturally, a lot of research went into it. Quickly, that was all I did; creating designs and getting it out there. And I am the only one from Kerala who ThemeForest let to sell PSDs on their platform.

Learnise
(January 2015 - June 2015)
I got bored sitting in a room alone in front of the computer all the time. I missed the party, the little fights in office, I missed the environment. I joined a startup in Bangalore, where I designed their website - called Learnise, a student teacher marketplace.

Thampy Digital
(June 2015 - October 2015)
I knew I wouldn’t be done if I work for a single product. I wanted new things one after the other. That’s when I joined Thampy Digital.

Typeset
(October 2015 till present)
Typeset enables researchers to author research papers faster by providing an intuitive online collaborative writing platform. They are making the process of writing, collaborating, and reviewing research documents quicker and easier than ever before. It is better than Microsoft Word or LaTeX because it does not involve manual formatting or learning LaTeX. We have the best aspects of Microsoft Word + LaTeX shipped into one editor. We also support templates for journals (IEEE, ACM, Nature etc).
